🇺🇸 First Thanksgiving in the US
This is my first Thanksgiving since arriving in the States. The world outside feels unreal — streets nearly empty, shops all closed. Just me, soaking up the sun in my room, and honestly? It’s pretty cozy. 🌞🧡 Tried this highly recommended spot in the West Village—and it’s a vibe! 🍣🍋 The dishes are beautifully plated, and flavors are bold, though some leaned a bit salty for my taste. At ~$140 per person, it’s more of a special occasion kind of place. Nothing fancy, just chilling, zoning out, and enjoying some solid me-time. Sometimes quiet feels good. Sometimes doing nothing means everything. :] There’s something healing about slow, still moments like this. A soft blanket, warm light, and nowhere to be. A gentle reminder — it’s okay to pause. It’s okay to just be. #MyFirstThanksgiving #InternationalStudentLife #StudyInTheUS #AloneButNotLonely #CozyVibes #SlowLiving #LifeMoments #SunlightTherapy #AtlantaDiaries #MoodToday
