πΊπΈ Thanksgiving in Atlanta: Day 1
π Stone Mountain We booked tickets in advance through Groupon β definitely recommend the zip line π (Black Friday deals made it extra worth it). We also took the Christmas tram up to see Santa π , which was cozy and perfect for kids (though you can't exit at the top). If you have time, hiking up is great too β we caught some beautiful sunlight at the summit! βοΈ That evening, we watched the 8:20 PM drone show πΈβ¨ β skip the earlier lawn show, but donβt miss this one! The nighttime train ride π was also a highlight β dark, atmospheric, and totally worth the chill. βοΈ π Tips: We stayed from 12 PM to 9 PM. Plan at least 30 mins each for the zip line and train (excluding wait times).
