Laminated Brioche β Incredible flaky French brioche with house-made butter.β€οΈπ Live Santa Barbara Spot Prawn β Prawns caught that morning β highly recommend. Australian Black Truffles β With Italian cauliflower tortellini and Maine lobster. I enjoyed every course. Before dessert, they offer a cheese selection with cranberry bread for an extra $25 β cheeses paired with jam and honey are uniquely flavorful. The three desserts that followed were all delightful β Iβll let you try them yourself π. Reservations via Tock β tasting menu $295 per person, wine pairing $165 β 12 courses in total. Great value for a Michelin experience! They even gave us a little gift on the way out π. #LAFood #Michelin #LosAngeles #DailyDiscoveries #MichelinRestaurantVisit #California
