⛷️ Aspen Snowmass – The Most Stunning Slope-Side Lunch in the US 🍱🍽️

This year we had lunch at Sam’s, a cool restaurant halfway up Aspen Snowmass! 🏔️ We booked a table for our whole crew—such a fancy and delicious mountain meal lol 🍚 ➡️ Chicken Liver Pâté The absolute standout was the chicken liver pâté on toast 🍞… SO GOOD, literally unforgettable!! Still dreaming about it—must order, no regrets!! ➡️ Warm Ricotta Also tried the ricotta spread—incredibly delicious, uniquely amazing 😋 ➡️ Bistecca Alla Fiorentina The steak was great too 🥩 Everyone loved it—we demolished it in seconds lol 😝 ➡️ Whole Rocky Mountain Trout Also ordered a trout 🐠 It was pretty good! ➡️ Wagyu Beef Tatare Not huge on raw beef personally, but my friends enjoyed it! ➡️ Rigatoni Bolognese & Shrimp Fusilli Two pastas 🍝 The red rigatoni was the tastier one! ➡️ Affogato This dessert with ice cream and espresso was a nice finish ☕🍨 ➡️ Their red wine 🍷 was also pretty decent! The vibe was awesome—super Instagrammable 📸 Plus there’s space to change boots and clothes 👟👚 Super convenient!
