Hidden Gem Italian in Aspen｜Ellina 🍝

Procrastinator finally posting this... Sharing my favorite Italian find in Aspen (I literally cried when I almost couldn't get a table 😂). Ski-season reservations are brutal, but OMG—worth the fight!! 🐙 Mediterranean Octopus: UNREAL. The sauce has a Sichuan chili oil twist—GENIUS. 🌶️🔥 🦑 Calamari Fritti: Again with the chili oil magic (chef’s obsessed!). Beats tartar sauce any day. 🥗 Artichoke Heart Bruschetta: Ordered for the black truffle—did NOT disappoint. Only veggie we got lol. 🍲 French Onion Soup: CHEESY HEAVEN. Regret not ordering 10 bowls. 🐟 Scottish Salmon: Perfectly cooked, but the herbed grain pilaf stole the show. 🍝 Gnocchetti Gamberi: Garlicky, shrimp-loaded perfection. 💡 Don’t miss: Daily pasta special (sausage + mushrooms = BEST DISH) Secret creamy bean soup (ask with the pic—it’s off-menu now!) #ItalianFood #AspenEats #VibeDining #HiddenGems #Aspen #Colorado
