This February, a friend and I tried DEL MAR β a Mediterranean restaurant located in the Easton area. We ordered 2 appetizers, 3 mains, 2 drinks, and 1 dessert β and Iβd give our choices a perfect score! π The dishes leaned toward sweet and aromatic flavors, rich and deeply satisfying. Over Thanksgiving, I hit the slopes in Colorado and quickly learned: a lot of places close for the holiday.
