🍜 Columbus Ohio Vietnamese Pho | Pho Chef

Their menu has a strong Vietnamese vibe, but the shop feels quite Chinese inside — and it doesn’t seem to be the same owner as the Dublin location. Overall, it’s decent for the price! 🥢 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Special Combination Pho – $16 A mix of tripe, beef balls, and raw beef. The broth is nice, but the noodles are just okay. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Filet Steak Pho – $14 Flavorful broth, but the beef texture was a bit off. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Grilled Beef & Egg Roll – $14 Tasty, but I still prefer the soup version. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Special Combination Rice Plate – $14 Three kinds of meat: chicken, beef, and pork. Not amazing, but filling and satisfying. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Beef Stew Rice Noodles – $13.50 Tender, well-braised beef — perfect for a rainy day! Better than last time. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Trio Sampler – $7.49 Grilled meatball skewers, spring rolls, and shrimp rolls. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Grilled Beef Sandwich – $7.50 Tasty, but a bit heavy on the pickled veggies. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Shrimp Spring Rolls – $5 So fresh and delicious! The shrimp is tender, and the peanut sauce is a must-try. 🍤 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Vietnamese Iced Coffee – $5 Sweetened with condensed milk + strong dark roast — perfectly balanced and energizing! ☕ BTW, not sure if it’s just me or a consistency issue, but my taste seems to differ from a lot of people’s 😅 Here’s my personal Columbus pho ranking: Pho Thanh – Slow service and not the cleanest, but so good! Paris Banh Mi – Stone pot pho is amazing, though quality dropped last time. 6-1-Pho – Got some bad reviews, but I love it! Beef is fresh, and the beansprouts are cooked 🥹 Buckeye Pho – Nostalgic pick, but the meat’s gotten gamier lately. Pho Chef – Kenny Center location: beef quality is average. Dublin: broth wasn’t my favorite.
