๐ฝ๏ธ Mixed Experience | Good Food, Service Needs Improvement
We were warmly greeted upon arrival. Though our friends hadnโt arrived yet, we were seated near the entrance for their convenience. The interior was nicely designed โ a spacious bar at the center, wooden wall panels, and a cozy, relaxed vibe. The menu featured creative dishes blending Asian and Southern flavors. Hereโs what we tried: ๐ Bread Basket โ $9 A bit pricey, but a nice starter. The cornbread was our favorite โ crispy outside, soft inside, with a hint of honey. Focaccia and sweet potato biscuits were also good. ๐ฎ Complimentary Mini Tacos A surprise starter from the server. Tasty, though we didnโt catch what was inside. ๐ Southern Fried Chicken โ Good portion (3 pieces), crispy and juicy, but the seasoning was a bit mild. ๐ฅฉ Wood-Grilled Short Rib โ Tender, fell right off the bone. Flavor was outstanding โ better than typical BBQ sauce. Our favorite of the night! ๐ Oxtail with Hoisin Glaze โ The priciest dish. Rich and flavorful โ my daughter loved it. ๐จโ๐ณ Service Notes: Started off strong, but after the main courses were served, our server disappeared. The bartender stepped in but was clearly stretched between the bar and tables. We waited a while to get our plates cleared and to pack leftovers. Eventually, we skipped dessert and left. Given the prices and Michelin rating, we expected more consistent and attentive service. #RestaurantReview #SouthernFusion #MichelinDining #FoodAndService #ATLEats #HonestReview
