🍽️ Recent Eats in Charlotte – Mini Reviews!

1️⃣ Lanzhou Noodles Updated in late May – The restaurant changed chefs 😥. The hand-pulled noodles still have soul, and portions are huge, but the flavor isn’t quite the same. The meat burgerwas way too salty 🧂. Dry pot not recommended – ingredients are pre-fried and stir-fried with hot pot base. Not the Sichuan vibe we hoped for. 2️⃣ Sushi Hana All-you-can-eat sushi for around $30 per person after tax. ➕ Pretty plating, more creative rolls, delicious fried squid. ➖ Nigiri pieces are smaller than Mr. Tokyo’s, hibachi not as tasty. Overall, I still prefer Mr. Tokyo for variety and value! 3️⃣ BBQ Chicken My go-to for Korean fried chicken! Tried the new Chizzling flavor – tasty at first bite, but one piece was enough. 🏆 Still think Soy Garlic is the winner! 4️⃣ Treasure Every time I eat here, I tell myself it’s the last time… but it’s one of the few nice spots for holiday dinners. 🐟 Fish – not great. 🍖 Ribs with rice cakes – way too sweet and sour. 🥩 Mei Cai Kou Rou – only 6 slices of pork, with cabbage hidden under the preserved veggies. Most dishes were just okay. Used to love their dry pot beef back in the “Sizzle” days though! 📍 Locations Across Charlotte Lanzhou Noodles – Former Sizzle spotSushi Hana – AYCE SushiBBQ Chicken – Korean Fried ChickenTreasure – Chinese Banquet-style #CharlotteEats #FoodReviews #CLT #CharlotteFoodie #NCRestaurants #AsianFoodCLT #Sushi #Ramen #KoreanFriedChicken #ChineseFood #DiningInCharlotte #FoodieDiary #NotAllHits #EatLocal
