🍽️ Seattle Business Trip Food Diary 📸 | An Eating Spree!

Spent two weeks in Seattle 🇺🇸 for work and ate my way through the city with clients! Here’s a tasty recap of the spots we visited 🤲🏻 🇹🇭 Kin Len Thai Night Bites Verdict: 👍🏻 Yum! This Thai spot really delivered! The beef tongue and curry fried chicken were standouts — so flavorful! 🐮🍗 Other dishes were solid, and the Thai tea was sweet as ever (maybe a bit too sweet 🥤). 🇹🇭 Isarn Thai Soul Kitchen Verdict: 🤜🏻 Just Okay Not as memorable as Kin Len — maybe we didn’t order the right things? Might need a redo to find their star dishes. 🇻🇳 Pho Bac Verdict: 👍🏻 Good & Reliable Went with a simple bowl — the broth was clear and comforting. In the U.S., you really can’t go wrong with pho 🍜. 🇰🇷 Sam Oh Jung Verdict: 🤜🏻 Mixed Feelings Mostly average for me, but I didn’t love the raw crab 🦀 — so take my review with a grain of salt! 🇮🇳 Cedars Restaurant Verdict: 👍🏻 Flavorful & Filling The Indian curries and naan were delicious! There was this special green chutney that tasted unique and amazing 🌿. Portions were huge — we left stuffed! 🇯🇵 ISSIAN Japanese Stone Grill Verdict: 👍🏻 Tasty Skewers Really enjoyed the grilled skewers here! Didn’t try the salmon, but everything else was a win 🍢. 🦞 Pier 88 Boiling Seafood & Bar Verdict: 👍🏻 Fresh & Fun Seafood was super fresh and the portions were generous! Tasty, though part of me thinks these ingredients could’ve been next-level back in China 🥹. 🍲 The Dolar Shop Verdict: 👍🏻 Upscale Hot Pot Individual pots = clean and classy! The beef and seafood were top-quality 🥩🦐. Finished with milk ice cream — so good! A bit pricey, but worth it for a treat. 🥣 Pike Place Chowder Verdict: 🤜🏻 Overhyped? The lobster roll was a bit soggy on the bottom 🥖.
