🍽️ The Gregory – Baton Rouge

Finding lunch downtown was tougher than expected! 🏙️ The streets were unusually quiet and many places appeared closed — even if Google said otherwise. After circling around a few blocks with no luck, we finally discovered The Gregory, a hotel restaurant that was actually open. 🎄 We arrived at 11:15 AM (they open at 11), and though it wasn’t busy at first, it filled up quickly — guess everyone had the same idea for Christmas lunch! 🎅🍾 We opted for the buffet, and it did not disappoint. The spread was impressive 🦐🥩: fresh oysters, shrimp, roasted pork, steak, and more. All for $68 per person (plus tax). Beers and coffee are extra.
