๐ฆ๐บ Adelaide 4D3N Travel Guide: Red ๐ด vs. Black โซ๏ธ List
๐ด Red List (Recommended) 1. South Australian Museum + Art Gallery + State Library ๐ Rating: ๐๐๐๐ Review: These three sit side-by-side in compact downtown Adelaideโa must-visit! The museum covers Aboriginal history, local wildlife, and minerals, but non-native English speakers might struggle with the descriptions. The art galleryโs paintings/sculptures went over my head (zero art cells here ๐ ). The library has one photogenic spotโgreat for Instagram, but meh otherwise. Price: Free 2. Glenelg Beach ๐๏ธ Rating: ๐๐๐๐ Review: More about the sunset than the seaโwaterโs not as blue as Sydneyโs Bondi, but the Ferris wheel + golden skies create a chill, romantic vibe. Price: Free ๐ 3. Kangaroo Island ๐ฆ Rating: ๐๐๐๐๐ Review: The HIGHLIGHT of our trip!!! Stunning landscapes + close encounters with koalas ๏ฟฝ. But: Attractions are far apart (40-50min drives between). Ferry rides are super choppyโbring motion sickness pills! Tip: Spend 2 days here. We did it in one (5AMโ11PM)โexhausting ๐ซ. Price: $382 AUD + $45 (koala cuddle). โซ๏ธ Black List (Skip or Beware) 1. Lake Bumbunga ๐ฆ Rating: ๐๐ Review: The biggest letdown. Dry season = cracked salt flats with hints of pink. P8-9 are heavily edited for my โจaestheticโจ feed; P10 is reality ๐. A 2hr drive each way (4hr total!) for this? Our "tour" was just a driver who dumped us thereโno guidance for the outrageous price. Only 2 stars because it might be pretty in winter with good lightโฆ just not for me. Price: 852 RMB (way overpriced ๐ธ). 2. Hahndorf (German Village) Rating: ๐๐๐ Review: A slightly German-themed street. Most shops arenโt even German-run, but the pork knuckle ๐ at restaurants is divine. Ultimately, skippable unless youโre nearby. Price: $40 AUD (just meal costs ๐). #StudyAbroadTravel #StudyAbroadLife #Wanderlust #Adelaide #Travel #Australia #HitOrMiss
