There are so many amazing pasta spots in Sydney—and this was my first time trying pasta with a “blanket”and it was such a nice surprise! 1. Seafood Pasta with a Pizza “Blanket” | ~$30+ That “blanket” on top is actually a thin pizza crust—and it’s perfect for dipping in the pasta sauce! The only tiny downside? I wish the crust was a bit thicker—it would’ve been even more flavorful that way. The pasta itself is tomato-seafood flavored, and it’s so well-seasoned. There’s tons of sauce, and it’s served in a (simmer pot) that keeps the pasta warm longer. Super delicious overall 🍝🦞! 2. Fried Cheese with Prosciutto | ~$20+ I’m not usually a big cheese lover, but this dish won me over! It’s served with prosciutto and little crackers—every bite is a great mix of crispy, salty, and savory.
