🇦🇺 Tasmania | Journey to the Edge of the World | 4 Days & 3 Nights

👻 Tasman Island’s Four Wonders — 🏰 Port Arthur — 🏔️ Mount Wellington & ⛵️ Hobart & 🍯 Richmond — 🍷 Wineglass Bay 💕 Honeymoon Bay — 🦘 Bruny Island Day 1: Sydney ✈️ Tasmania 📍 Blowhole + Tasman Arch + Devil’s Kitchen + Tessellated Pavement The "Four Wonders" of the Tasman Peninsula! ♟️⛲️👻🗿 📍 Port Arthur Historic Site 🏰🛥️ Ticket: $47 AUD. Start with the exhibition, then draw a card to learn about a convict’s story. This is the largest prison in the Southern Hemisphere, set in stunning gardens. The ticket includes a 25-min harbor cruise with commentary. Day 2: Brewery + Mount Wellington + Hobart/Salamanca + Richmond 📍 Cascade Brewery 🍺🏡 Australia’s oldest brewery with a charming retro facade. We walked through a little garden (where you might spot a platypus!). The morning air was fresh but FREEZING 🥶. 📍 Mount Wellington 🏔️ We went in May—icy roads delayed our drive up, but the sunrise views were worth it! The entire climb is gorgeous, with sweeping views of the town and ocean. 📍 Hobart City / Salamanca Place ⛵️ A historic Victorian dock (est. 1804) perfect for soaking in Tassie’s vibe. 📍 Richmond 🍯🪻🍨 Must-sees: Stone arch bridge, Catholic church, honey cake, and lavender ice cream! Day 3: Wineglass Bay + Honeymoon Bay 🌈 Spotted a MASSIVE rainbow during brunch! 📍 Wineglass Bay 🍷 A 40-min hike up—but fog ruined our view 🌫️. Check the weather first! 📍 Honeymoon Bay 💕 The lower lookout offered clearer (and dreamier) scenery. Day 4: Bruny Island 🤍🦘 📍 Bruny Island A quick 15-min ferry (cars allowed, like Kangaroo Island in Adelaide). My highlight: hunting for white wallabies! 📍 "The Neck" 🌊 A surreal divide—rough waves on one side, calm waters on the other. 📍 Cheese Factory 🧀 & Oyster Farm 🦪 Three oyster varieties to sample—all delicious! 📍 Adventure Bay 🤍 We lucked out spotting rare white wallabies! Drive slowly; they often appear in residential yards (but don’t trespass!). Travel Tip: Unexpected weather or delays? No stress—just embrace the adventure! 🌟 #Tasmania #TasmaniaTravel #AustraliaTravel #SydneyLife #EdgeOfTheWorld #Hobart #WhiteWallaby
