Hobart Zoo Adventure: Zoodoo Zoo 🐾

We chose Tasmania mainly because my little one is a huge animal lover — especially obsessed with the Tasmanian Devil 😈! Zoodoo Zoo was our first stop right after landing in Hobart. We got to see the devils up close — he was over the moon! (Last time at Singapore Night Safari, we only saw their backsides 😅) 🐨 They also have the only koala in Hobart (on loan!) — fast asleep when we saw it, all curled up 💤 Compared to many zoos back home, this one feels much more natural and thoughtfully designed 🌿 They have two lions 🦁 and a separate reptile house (though it’s pretty small 🦎) 🥕 Kangaroo food is sold at the entrance — $3 per cup You need a token to get food in the kangaroo area Fair warning — the ‘roos here are bold!
