πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί Tasmania 6-Day 5-Night Self-Drive Travel Guide is Here! πŸš—πŸ’¨

Last Christmas, thanks to a two-week company break, I made a last-minute decision to take my parents on a spontaneous trip. Since it was their first time traveling far with me, I prepared a super detailed itinerary to ensure everything went smoothly – including attractions, accommodations, timing, and even food and drink stops along the way! πŸ“βœ… Day 1: First Glimpse of Hobart πŸ›« We took an early flight from Brisbane to Hobart and picked up our rental car smoothly at the airport. First stop: Mount Wellington ⛰️. Although it was foggy with low visibility, the fresh air at the summit was invigorating – totally worth the trip! Day 2: Bruny Island πŸ¦ͺ Set off early to catch the ferry! The oyster farm opens at 9:30 AM – we arrived right on time, beat the crowd, and enjoyed incredibly fresh and plump oysters. The view at The Neck is breathtaking – every photo looks like a postcard 🏞️. Lunch was a bit crowded (waited an hour), but the food did not disappoint. Dinner was the highlight – highly recommended! Every dish on the menu amazed us. A perfect end to the day! πŸ˜‹ Day 3: Cherry Picking πŸ’ Β· Port Arthur Cherry picking was the absolute highlight of the trip! The cherries were huge and sweet – I almost wished we could stay forever. Port Arthur was stunning – clean, beautiful, and architect impressive. It’s worth taking your time here. Our seaside Airbnb that night was quiet and cozy, saving us driving time the next day. Day 4: Honeymoon Bay Β· Wineglass Bay Don’t miss Honeymoon Bay – the water is unbelievably blue πŸ’™. We were blessed with gorgeous weather, making the scenery even more magical. Wineglass Bay offers several hiking trails – wear comfortable shoes and bring plenty of water! πŸ‘ŸπŸ’§ Day 5: Lavender Estate This lavender farm is a must-visit! πŸ“Έβœ¨ The best photo spots are further back – every shot is Instagram-worthy. The cable car ride was cool and breezy 🚑, offering a stunning aerial view of the estate. We were even lucky enough to see a peacock spreading its feathers 🦚 – an unforgettable experience! Day 6: Salamanca Market Β· Heading Home We scheduled our return flight on a Saturday morning so we could explore Salamanca Market. Full of handmade crafts, decorations, and food stalls – it’s the perfect place to grab a snack and stroll around. A relaxed and joyful end to our trip! πŸ›οΈπŸ‘‹ Tips: Bring a warm jacket! πŸ§₯ Tasmania has big temperature swings between day and night – especially on Mount Wellington. It gets really cold! Overall, the trip went smoothly. Even though we had some cloudy days, the rain never interrupted us. Seeing my parents happy was the best reward! ❀️ Hope this guide helps you plan your Tasmanian adventure – wishing you all an amazing time! 🌟 #Tasmania #TasmaniaTravel #Hobart #MountWellington #BrunyIsland #TasmanianCherries #PortArthur #Lavender #SalamancaMarket
