📍 Dockside Cafe Kingston (13/81 Giles St, Kingston ACT) Before, when I had "white people food" for brunch, I always thought I could replicate it at home. But after trying Dockside this time, I feel it’s made with real skill—I truly don’t have the ability to copy it.🔥 P2 Pulled Pork Belly: Pork belly, asparagus, and egg are placed on a bread base. Having eaten so many Eggs Benedict, this flavor was a pleasant surprise. The pork is seasoned with a sweet taste, the asparagus is pan-fried, and drizzled with sauce—it’s super delicious. 🍢 Shakshuka: Similar to the seasoning of North African eggs, with a sausage inside. The sauce contains chickpeas, onion shreds, and cheese. It’s on the salty side overall, which pairs perfectly with bread (it comes with one slice; I asked for an extra slice later because it was really tasty). Dubai Chocolate Croissant: Drizzled with chocolate sauce on the outside and filled with pistachio paste inside—it’s a bit rich 🍫. Sitting outside and eating while looking at the lake is really enjoyable. All the restaurants in this row have great views.
