Perfect for balancing out all the meat! 🍖 Lamb Chops ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The portion was HUGE — I was shocked! Tender, juicy, and grilled just right with simple salt seasoning that really lets the lamb shine 🐑💥. Almost no gaminess — great for those who usually avoid lamb. Note: To speed up service, they’re partially pre-grilled and finished to order. They come well-done but still incredibly tender! 🍗 Chicken Wings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Don’t let the char scare you — they’re perfectly crispy without being burnt! Juicy on the inside and full of flavor. The flatbread underneath soaks up all the meat juices and tomato sauce from the rice — so delicious! Speaking of the rice — it’s the best I’ve had! Cooked in tomato sauce with quinoa and wheat for extra texture. Even reheated the next day, it was amazing 🍚❤️. 🍯 Baklava ⭐️⭐️⭐️ A classic worth trying! Loaded with high-quality pistachios 🥜, though the pastry layers were just okay. Very sweet — best paired with tea.
