Visited the famous Red Chamber – still has original train station benches! No photos if Parliament is in session! 4️⃣ Peace Tower ⏰🏰 Iconic Gothic-style tower in Parliament. Fun fact: Trudeau’s office is right across! 5️⃣ Centennial Flame 🔥🇨🇦 Has been burning since 1967! The base has coat of arms of all provinces. 6️⃣ ByWard Market 🛍️🍽️ Ottawa’s oldest market district – full of restaurants, boutiques, and bars! (Check my food post for what we ate! 😋) 7️⃣ Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica ⛪✨ Free entry – stunning Gothic architecture, stained glass, and golden ceilings! Perfect for photos (but be respectful, it’s an active church). 8️⃣ National Gallery of Canada 🎨🕷️ FREE on Thursdays after 5 PM (book ahead!). Features Van Gogh, Picasso, Monet & Renoir! Don’t miss the giant spider sculpture (Maman) outside! ⚠️ Some artworks forbid photos! 9️⃣ Ottawa Sign 📸🌟 Lit up at night – perfect photo spot after the gallery!
