๐จ๐ฆ This chimney cake near the falls is something special ๐ญ๏ธ
On the way to Niagara Falls, we passed through the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake โ itโs totally worth a stop! There are lots of wineries along the way ๐ท, and the main street of the town has a unique, charming style thatโs perfect for photos ๐ธ. We noticed a long line of locals outside this chimney cake shop, so we decided to give it a try. I randomly picked the sausage-stuffed chimney cake advertised outside โ and wow, it was surprisingly delicious ๐! ๐ฅ Chimney Sausage โ 12.5 CAD The outer layer is crispy and savory, with a nice crunch, while the inner bread is chewy but not hard at all! Pairing it with the sausage works so well ๐คค. The crispy outer layer is slightly salty, and I think they sprinkled a little sugar on top too โ such a nice balance. No regrets with this choice! They have tons of other flavors, both sweet and savory. You can eat the chimney cake plain, or get it filled with cream, chocolate sauce, or even turned into a sandwich with veggies and ham ๐ฅช. If youโre struggling to find good food near the falls, head over here to satisfy your cravings โ you wonโt be disappointed! ๐ Budapest Bakeshop 118 Queen St, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON L0S 1J0 ๐ ฟ๏ธ Thereโs parking on both sides of the main street โ convenient! #TorontoLife #Toronto #TorontoFoodAndFun #TorontoEats #NiagaraFalls #NiagaraTown #ChimneyCake #TorontoDayTrips #TorontoWeekendGetaways #LivingInToronto
