🇨🇦 Worth the 30-Min Cross-Province Hike in Ottawa for This Bagel! 🥯

We walked 30 minutes all the way from Ottawa to Gatineau just for this bagel! Crossed the Alexandra Bridge 🌉—an iron bridge connecting provinces—and as soon as we stepped into Quebec, all the street signs turned French! BOBINO has a stellar 4.8 rating on maps 🗺️💫. The shop has cute wallpaper and stickers everywhere, a spacious dining area where you can watch them hand-roll and bake bagels fresh 🧑🍳, plus a huge patio outside! 🥯 We ordered two bagel sandwiches — SO DELICIOUS!!!!! 🥒 The pickles they served on the side were perfectly tangy and sweet — even I, who normally avoid pickles, couldn’t stop eating them! 🍐 Pear Brie Chicken | $11.25 Brie cheese with thin slices of pear 🍐 — an unexpectedly amazing combo! The chicken was cold cut though; would’ve been even better with warm grilled chicken 🍗. 🥯 The Bobino | $12.95 Loaded with three types of ham — Capicola and prosciutto 😍 — plus lettuce and cheese 🧀.
