🇩🇪 Easter in Germany – A Last-Minute Adventure! 🐣✨

Plans changed? No problem! Originally, we were headed to my husband's hometown to visit grandparents 👵👴... but life had other plans! They fell ill (and tried to power through hoping to recover by Easter – classic grandparent move 😅). So, we scrambled for a Plan B. Enter: The Spontaneous Day Trip! 🚆💨 With just 24 hours to play with, we: Slept in (priorities! 😴) Packed light: water + snacks 🍎🎒 Bought a Germany-wide unlimited train ticket (best decision!) Arrived at the station and picked the first appealing train... and voilà! Fulda bound! Fulda: A Baroque Surprise! 🏰🌿 Stunning scenery we'd never have sought out otherwise Perfect weather (thank you, universe! ☀️🙏) ICE train rides through spring's first greens – pure joy! 🍽️ Food Find: Viva Havanna (opposite the palace) ✅ Packed with locals = always a good sign ✅ Huge portions (we ordered 2 adult meals for 3 people... still leftovers!) ✅ Flavor-packed global dishes 🌮🍛 Next Stop?
