Ever since I first tried BBQ chicken in Frankfurt three years ago, I’ve been hooked — visiting their branches in every city I go. Snow Cheese Chicken】 The cheese powder isn’t as heavy as BBQ’s Cheesling, but the salty-cheesy flavor stands out more. Still super satisfying — just in a different way! 🧀 【5. Green Onion Soy Chicken】 Topped with loads of scallions and glazed in soy sauce. I had high hopes (thanks to Korean mukbangs!), but it was a bit dry and milder than expected. The scallion flavor didn’t really soak in. Maybe the original version in Korea tastes better? 🤔 【2. Yangnyum Chicken】 We went all out and ordered a medium portion (14 pieces) of the classic sweet-spicy flavor on top of our two lunch sets. We chose the highest spice level — “sehr scharf” — but honestly, it wasn’t spicy at all (probably tuned for European taste buds 😅). The sauce had a hint of honey and was perfectly balanced between sweet and tangy. Topped with crushed peanuts and made with boneless thigh meat — each piece was fully coated in thick, glossy sauce. So good with rice!
