Here are my last culinary adventures (went all out budget-wise!): 1️⃣ HOTTO 📍Near Bole Atlas (inside The Place building) 💰 Pricey but worth it! • Must-order: Divine salmon 🍣 • Live jazz nights – the saxophonist was a one-man band! 🎷 2️⃣ Beemnet 📍Edna Mall area 🌍 Local vibe meets American retro • Famous for tibs (Ethiopian stir-fry) + cold beers 🍻 • Celeb spotting: Football stars & TikTokers! ⚽🎤 3️⃣ Meskott 📍6 Kilo (roadworks outside – don’t miss it!) 🍊 Orange chicken & beef dishes = 🤌 • Instagram-worthy bar 🍷 (but plates look deceptively small!) 4️⃣ Macus 📍CBE Building Rooftop 🌆 View > Food • Overhyped: Dirty windows + DJ music 🎧 (not the "elegant" vibe I expected) • Endless wait – even with reservations! ⏳ #EthiopiaEats #AddisAbabaFoodie #GoodbyeForNow
