✨ Perfect for post-Easter break: Sunny days (summer outfits OK!), fewer crowds, and affordable flights/hotels. As a study-abroad student, I explored everything by public transport—more reliable than Spain! 🌞 Day 1: Barcelona → Nice → Menton → Monaco → Nice 🛬 Morning: Flew into Nice Airport, bought the 3-day South France Pass (unlimited transport!). Took L2 tram to Nice-Ville station area (budget-friendly & well-connected). 🍋 Menton (30min train): 📍 Escalier: Instagram-famous yellow staircase + pastel old town. 🍦 Must-try: Lemon gelato (Italian vibes!). Note: Souvenirs are very lemon-themed 🍋. 🇲🇨 Monaco (20min train): ✈️ Phone hack: Use offline maps (data = $$$). 🚶♀️ Route: Train station → Casino (pass yachts/Lamborghinis!). 🥩 Dinner in Nice: 🍷 L'antica: €26 tender steak (opens at 7PM, near station). 🌊 Day 2: Nice → Antibes → Nice 🚆 Train + Bus #2 to Antibes (check timetables!). 📍 Hike start: SPAR at 1212 Bd de la Garoupe. 👟 Pro tips: Wear hiking shoes (rocky paths!).
