🇬🇷 Athens in 1.5 Days Is Enough
Two days max — that’s plenty! Save more time for Zakynthos 😍⛱️. Unless you’re super into history and culture — then even 5 days might not be enough! When I first came to Europe, I loved museums and ancient sites, but now I prefer relaxing, enjoying natural scenery, and traveling at a slower pace 🌿☀️. Here’s your 1.5-day Athens guide: ⏰ When: January (off-season) ✈️ Flight: Ryanair 🛩️ – Rome to Athens, 3 hours, €20. My beloved budget airline! 🏠 Accommodation: Bedbox Hostel – €15/night in a 6-bed dorm 🧩 Attractions: Day 1 – Full Day Morning 1️⃣ Stoa of Attalos 👍 – (Less crowded, photogenic 🏛️✨) 2️⃣ National Garden of Athens 🌳 3️⃣ Syntagma Square 💂♂️ Afternoon 4️⃣ Acropolis 🏛️ – (Must-visit!) 5️⃣ Temple of Olympian Zeus & Hadrian’s Arch – (Just passed by 👀) Evening 6️⃣ Acropolis Museum – (Spend 2 hours here 🖼️) 7️⃣ Monastiraki Square & Tower of the Winds 🌬️ – (Connected to Aiolou Street – Jay Chou’s photo spot!
