🇭🇷 Croatian Food Journey: Zadar to Split
✅From north to south, then back to Zagreb—every meal was a recommendation from friends or social media, with some hits and misses. 📍 Zadar 🍽️ Restaurant Bruschetta. Our first proper meal in Croatia! Near the sea with two iconic trees. Seafood Platter: Grilled squid and tuna were stars. Black Risotto: Rich and flavorful. €97 for seafood platter, risotto, cocktails, and water (a bit pricey).🍃 🍝 4 Kantuna A friend’s top pick—truffle beef cream pasta was the best dish of the trip for truffle lovers! Fish soup and tiramisu were just okay.📍 Split .🍲 Restaurant Boom Split. Famous for seafood stew, but underwhelming—flavor was too mild. The seafood risotto (with generous portions) was better. €77.🍃 🌮 Kantun Paulina A tiny spot with long lines (even locals queue!). Their oversized "meat sandwich" (€8.50) is worth the 5-minute wait—just ask for extra sauce (+€1).✅ #CroatianFood #TravelEats #Zadar #Split
