🇭🇺 Tasted the World’s Most Tender Duck Breast... 🦆

This duck breast was out of this world! If you're a duck breast lover, you'd come just for this dish and it would be worth every bite! The texture was incredibly tender and soft, almost melting in your mouth. There was no gamey taste at all, and the color was beautifully pink and delicate. Still savoring the aftertaste! 🤩 The menu at the restaurant is just one page long. Almost all the dishes are innovative, with creative ingredient pairings and beautiful plating. The cod and beef tartar I tried were also prepared in ways I'd never seen before, and they tasted great! 🍽️ It's not a crowded or trendy spot. You can just drop by during meal times. Even when there were only a few tables occupied, there were two musicians playing familiar tunes, creating a wonderful atmosphere. 🍖 The restaurant is called Aszú Étterem and it's located near the Matthias Church. #Budapest
