๐ฎ๐ช Belfast, Northern Ireland
๐ถ If you wonโt come, I will! Having already visited Wales ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ and Scotland ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ, checking off Northern Ireland completes my United Kingdom puzzle! ๐งฉ (btw why doesnโt Northern Ireland have its own flag? ๐ฎ) ๐ Recommended: 2 days & 1 night. Extend to 3 days if including Dublin. ๐ Day 1: Victoria Square โ Albert Memorial Clock Tower โฐ โ City Hall ๐๏ธ โ Big Fish ๐ โ Titanic Museum ๐ข All these attractions are close together in the city center โ easily walkable! If time allows, visit Belfast Castle ๐ฐ. Some posts recommend the Botanic Gardens, but personally, itโs skippable โ quite small with nothing particularly special. In summer, itโs stuffy and humid ๐ฟ๐. ๐ Day 2: Giantโs Causeway โ Dunluce Castle โ Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge ๐ ๐ Day 3: Day trip to Dublin ๐ โผ๏ธ Money-Saving Tips โ Read Carefully!: 1๏ธโฃ For Belfast International Airport transfers, always book on Translink! ยฃ13.5 for a round-trip valid for a month. Buying on the bus costs ยฃ9 one-way (we learned the hard way ๐ญ). 2๏ธโฃ One day is enough to explore Belfast. Get a day ticket on the app for ยฃ4 โ unlimited travel to all key spots! 3๏ธโฃ Always press the stop button and go to the front door! Bus drivers wonโt open the rear door โ we missed stops because we didnโt stand up in time! ๐ 4๏ธโฃ Book Titanic Museum tickets online! Cheaper than offline, and no student discounts on weekends. Last entry at 4 PM, but online sales stop after 3:30 PM. Get the Chinese audio guide! Lots of text and technical terms โ makes the experience much smoother. ๐ง 5๏ธโฃ Visit the Giantโs Causeway on Sunday! Train tickets are only ยฃ10 โ much more comfortable than the bus. ๐ #NorthernIreland #Belfast #TravelNoSchengen
