📍 Taverna Ripetta (Via di Ripetta, 158, 00186 Roma RM, Italy) 🐚 Mussels Each mussel was plump and juicy—even better than the ones we tried in Naples! The broth was simply made with white wine and herbs, highlighting the natural freshness of the seafood. 🥩 Beef Steak Not a thick cut, but incredibly delicious! Though not marketed as premium-grade beef, the medium-rare steak was juicy, rich in flavor, tender yet with a satisfying texture. 💯 🐟 Tuna Steak We’ve had raw tuna many times, but this pan-seared thick tuna steak was a revelation. Though not a fatty cut, it was remarkably tender and soft. 🍚 Shrimp Oil Risotto No visible shrimp, but every bite was bursting with shrimp flavor! The rice was perfectly infused with shrimp oil, meat, and juices—absolutely addictive. 🍝 Seafood Pasta Highlight: Handmade pasta! Even after eating pasta daily in Italy, we were blown away by its tender-yet-chewy texture. 🍫 Chocolate Pudding We reluctantly skipped tiramisu (too full!) and chose this instead.
