Ahaha, Italy is indeed the land of pasta. To be honest, it feels like any random place you walk into will serve delicious food, and each place seems pretty good. But this restaurant is really something special. Once you’re there, you’ll see that the service, the taste, everything is truly excellent. 🍽️ Menu 🐟 SALMONE SCOTTATO AL FORNO Oven-grilled salmon served with crispy potatoes and salad greens. I was considering a steak but worried I might not finish it, hehe. But this salmon is really delightful. 🍝 PAPPARDELLE CON RAGÙ BIANCO E ROSMARINO This is the beef and cheese pasta recommended by the staff. It’s a wide noodle, drenched in sauce, and the beef quantity is really satisfying and aromatic. 🍝 FETTUCINE AL TARTUFO DI STAGIONE My favorite truffle! This is super, super fragrant and not greasy. It’s a medium-thin noodle, similar to the shape of rice noodles. Handmade pasta is just delicious and doesn’t make you feel bloated. 🍷 CHARDONNAY CALICE Also recommended by the staff. I asked if it was her favorite, and she said she doesn’t drink but this is the most ordered one. Maybe it’s also because it’s the cheapest? It’s on the acidic and bitter side, which might be a local specialty, perhaps? 🤔 💶 Average cost: €20-30 – You can spend as much or as little as you like, but they don’t charge service fees! 🕐 Open from 12:00-22:30.
