πŸ‡²πŸ‡½ Saltillo | Japanese Food + Dino Park Adventure in Ramos Arizpe

We tried Kaori Ramen 🍜, a Japanese restaurant in nearby Ramos Arizpe (recommended by friends). Surprisingly, their menu featured tantamen - a Japanese take on Sichuan noodles! The broth had that distinctive chili oil aroma 🌢️ from China's Sichuan/Chongqing region, which was quite authentic. This bowl actually inspired me to try making my own tantamen at home! However, our matcha bubble tea πŸ§‹ was terrible - just artificial powder mix with zero real matcha flavor. Big disappointment! πŸ˜– After lunch, we visited the famous Dinosaur Park πŸ¦– nearby. The animatronic dinosaurs were a hit with kids! This park is basically the main attraction in this small town. #FoodieAdventure #RamenLover #Tantanmen #MexicoEats #RestaurantReview #SaltilloLife #ExpatDiaries
