My First Week in Saltillo, Mexico πŸ‡²πŸ‡½

After a 10+ hour drive from southern Mexico, we arrived in this small capital city of Coahuila state. Though compact for a state capital, Saltillo punches above its weight with its thriving auto manufacturing industry πŸš— (hello, economic stability and relative safety!). Our first week was spent in an Airbnb while apartment hunting. Finally secured a place by Friday! Our angel landlord πŸ˜‡ had: β€’ Pre-frozen ice cubes ❄️ β€’ Filtered water jugs ready β€’ Fresh bedding installed True move-in ready perfection! Haven't made it downtown yet, but our neighborhood is packed with restaurants and malls - all just 10 minutes away by car. Food Highlights: 🍣 Sushiitto: BOGO sushi rolls Mon-Thu (~50 RMB/person) πŸ— Hotsome Chicken: My first authentic Korean fried chicken in Mexico (locals swear it's the best - they're right!) Bonus: Weekend food trips to nearby Monterrey are now on the menu! #DinnerTonight #MexicoDiaries #SushiDeals #KoreanFriedChicken #NewCityNewMe #HiddenGemEateries #FoodieLife #TravelGram #Monterrey #Saltillo
