🇹🇭 Erawan Thai – Columbus Ohio Thai Restaurant
Drove 30 minutes to try this spot — left feeling a bit underwhelmed 😕. The presentation is pretty basic, though the service was friendly. My take: it’s okay if you’re nearby, but not worth a special trip. 🍛 What We Tried ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Tom Yum (Seafood) – $17.99 You can choose small/large/hotpot size. I liked the balanced flavor — not too spicy or sour, and you can even sip the broth comfortably. Generous portion of fresh seafood 🦐. ❤️ Papaya Salad & Steamed Shrimp – $15.99 Just okay — the fish sauce aroma was strong at first (a bit stinky 😅), but it tasted better than it smelled. The shrimp were nice though. ❤️ Pad Thai (Combo) – $16.99 Pretty good! The sauce was fragrant, and the noodles are thinner than chow fun. Heads-up: bean sprouts are served raw. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Mango & Thai Custard with Purple Rice – $5.99 My first time trying the purple rice version — delicious! The slightly sour mango balanced the sweet coconut milk nicely. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thai Iced Tea – $4.95 A standout! Tastes freshly brewed — not like powdered mix. You get spiced tea at the bottom, creamy sweetness on top, and a perfectly blended middle layer. 📍 Address: 3589 Refugee Rd, Columbus, OH 43232 🚗 Parking: Plenty of spots available 🕚 Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM 📞 No reservation needed #ErawanThai #ColumbusEats #ThaiFood #TomYum #ThaiIcedTea #ColumbusFoodie #OhioEats #MangoStickyRice #NotBadNotGreat 🍚🍵
