🇺🇸 | Finally found a truly amazing restaurant in Tampa — Edison!

These past few days, I tried the highly-rated Ulele and Another Broken Egg, and honestly… they were just okay 🥲 But the meal I had at Edison on Christmas Eve was absolutely delicious! (BTW, the Bad Fin in Clearwater last night was also fantastic 😍) We ordered the cheese croquette, foie gras, grilled octopus, and beef bone marrow for appetizers. Every single dish was incredible!! The flavors lingered on my palate—so good! The beef bone marrow paired with toasted bread was absolutely to die for. I went all out eating it like a total food monster 🥵 The main courses did not disappoint either. The best were the airline chicken, scallops, and duck. The airline chicken might not look like much, but it was incredibly juicy, and the fried rice it came with was delicious too (but seriously, what does "airline chicken" even mean??). The scallops and duck 🦆 weren’t mind-blowing, but they were still solidly tasty. Overall, I highly recommend this place!
