We finally tried Gopchang Story – Boston’s popular Korean grilled intestine spot! 🐄🔥 (I had it years ago in NYC and loved it – so expectations were high!) We ordered the Original Assorted Gui – a mix of large and small intestines, beef stomach, and heart. Here’s the honest review: Small Intestines >> Large Intestines – crispier, lighter, less greasy! First few bites = 😋✨ After that = 🫠… it gets rich (and kinda heavy) Pro tip: Order a cold noodle dish (Naengmyeon) to cut the grease! Yuzu Tomato Dessert 🍅🍊 – Refreshing, sweet-tangy, and a nice palate cleanser! The vibe is fun and lively – great for groups, but maybe not for a first date unless they really like offal 😂 It’s a once-in-a-while treat – not something you’d crave weekly.
