🇺🇸 Around LA|The Best Korean Raw Crab Isn’t Even in Ktown! 🦀✨
Who would’ve thought the best Korean-style raw crab is hiding in the desert? 😂 After two days of not-so-great meals out here, I did some serious food research—and trust me, this place lives up to its hype! Their crab is honestly the best I’ve had in the entire LA area. Who knew the top Korean marinated crab wouldn’t be in Koreatown? 【Spicy Raw Crab】 I originally wanted to order the soy marinated crab, but they were out. Reluctantly, I tried the spicy version instead, and WOW—sorry, but I’m never going back! The marinade is incredibly flavorful, the crab shells are thin and easy to crack, and the spicy sauce has a hint of sweetness. Absolutely perfect! You’d be missing out if you didn’t mix this sauce with rice!! The portion is huge too—so many pieces! I loved it so much I immediately ordered another full portion to take home. When the staff heard I had a 1.5-hour drive back, they packed it in an extra-thick insulated cooler box. Now that’s service! 🧊❤️ 【Abalone Porridge】 You can tell from the photo how generous the portion is—every spoonful has pieces of abalone! Topped with egg yolk and black sesame, it’s nutritious and comforting. The taste is mild, so I’d recommend pairing it with some pickles or the spicy crab for a perfect balance! 🥣 【Pork Bone & Potato Stew】 Served in a giant pot filled with hearty pork bones, soft potatoes, and a rich red broth! The soup gets more flavorful as it simmers—so good with rice! 🥘🍚 【Boiled Pork Slices + Soybean Paste Soup + Wraps】 Very Bossam-style, and this set is a great deal! Thick, tender boiled pork served with dipping sauce, lettuce, perilla leaves, kimchi, and authentic Korean soybean paste soup (된장찌개). The big plate of fresh lettuce and perilla leaves is super refreshing—essential for wrapping! 🥬💚 Mindeulle Chino Hills 3330 Grand Ave ste g, Chino Hills, CA 91709 #LocalEats #LALife #LosAngeles #LAFood #KoreanMarinatedCrab #ChinoHillsEats #DesertFoodGem #CrabLovers
