🇺🇸 Aspen Dining | French Alpine Bistro – Crêperie du Village 🍽️🇫🇷

We recently visited French Alpine Bistro in Aspen, and it was a lovely experience overall! The food was decent, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was inviting. The restaurant has two floors – the lower level has a rustic, moody charm, while the upper level is brighter and more airy. We chose to sit outdoors upstairs to enjoy the sunny Aspen weather! ☀️🍃 Here’s what we tried: Sea Scallops: A bit underwhelming – very lightly seasoned and lacking in depth. 🐚😐 Truffle Steak: Definitely the highlight! Rich truffle flavor and perfectly cooked. 🥩🍄✨ Escargots: Classic and delicious – garlicky and buttery as expected. 🐌🧈 Steak Tartare: Fresh and well-balanced – a tasty appetizer! 🥩🌿 Crème Brûlée: Creamy and satisfying with that perfect caramelized sugar top. 🍮🔥 Of course, we couldn’t leave without taking some photos! 📸 The lower level has a cozy, lodge-like atmosphere – great for a romantic dinner. The upstairs patio is perfect for daytime dining and people-watching. While not the most mind-blowing French meal I’ve had, it’s a solid choice in Aspen – especially if you’re craving some truffle or classic French bistro flavors. A great spot for a relaxed meal after a day outdoors! 🏔️🍷 #MyFoodDiary #Foodie #AspenEats #FrenchCuisine #AspenColorado #TravelAndEat #SpringTravel 🥖🧀
