🇺🇸 Authentic Korean Cuisine in Irvine|Tang N Tang 🥘
We visited on a weekend afternoon — the restaurant was packed with Korean diners, a clear sign of its authenticity and popularity! 1️⃣ GALBI JJIM 🥕🥔 How can you have Korean food without braised beef short ribs? The broth is simmered with pear and brown sugar — subtly sweet and rich. Comes with carrots, potatoes, rice cakes, and shredded egg on top. 2️⃣ HOT POT BULGOGI 🐂🍜 Their recent specialty — sizzling beef hot pot. The soup is not spicy at all and includes glass noodles — perfect for kids! (Koreans say eating rice cakes adds a year to your life — cute tradition! 🎂) 3️⃣ GAMJA TANG 🥔🥬 This spicy pork bone and potato soup hits the spot for bold flavors. Big chunks of pork neck bones with potatoes and veggies in a hearty, spicy broth — ideal for a rainy day! Portions here are huge — we took leftovers home and enjoyed another meal! 🥡🥢 Highly recommend giving it a try! #CaliforniaLife #LALife #IrvineEats #KoreanFood #LAFoodGuide #EatPlayLA 🍖🔥
