🇺🇸 Boston|The Perfect City Guide for Chinese Travelers
Among East Coast cities, Boston is truly comfortable and highly suited for Chinese visitors 🌆❤️. (I have to say—18°C in August? So refreshing! 😮🍃) Boston blends history and modernity perfectly. You can cover the main highlights in 2-3 days. Must-Visit Spots: 🎓 MIT & Harvard – The dream schools for students worldwide! Both have open, friendly campuses easily accessible by subway 🚇. The two are relatively close, so you can visit both in one day. *Pro tip: Take the subway—it crosses the Charles River and offers gorgeous views (a bit like Xiamen’s “sea train”!) 🌉✨ 🏛️ Quincy Market & Freedom Trail – Popular historical spots, but honestly, they’re just okay. Quincy Market is a busy food and souvenir hall—pretty ordinary but always crowded. The Freedom Trail is a nice walk if you like history. 🌳 Boston Public Garden – A beautiful, ancient park perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Highly recommend for some quiet time 🍃🦆. 🐋 Whale Watching Tour – A full-day boat trip. Warning: the 4-hour ride is super choppy—many people get seasick (they even provide vomit bags 😅). You might see some whale tails, but it’s not super impressive. Skip it if short on time! 🍜 Food: Chinatown is right downtown with plenty of bubble tea and authentic Chinese food 🥡🧋—highly recommended! Overall Experience: Clean, safe, convenient, and lively—Boston feels a lot like a Chinese city vibe. Very comfortable! 👌 #USA #StudyAbroadTravel #Boston #TravelUSA #AdjustingToAbroadLife
