πΊπΈ Boston 4-Day 3-Night Travel Guide (Part 2)
Duke Studentβs Holiday Trip Series β Boston Edition π Part 2 Day 3οΈβ£ Morning brunch at Friendly Toast π₯β Pretty good β but portions are huge! Recommended: pancakes and waffles ππ» Strolled through Boston Common π Perfect for early autumn β cool and relaxing So peaceful and cozy! Afternoon: Duck Boat Tour π¦πβ΅ Apparently Boston invented this amphibious tour (so the one I took in Australia was a copy? π) Land tour covered many landmarks + hilarious guide π Water section offered skyline views β highly recommend! Dinner at famous The Daily Catch ππ¦ Delicious seafood pasta β but the restaurant is pretty small Then explored Quincy Market β the market itself was okay, but the outdoor pedestrian street was fun! Even caught a talented street performer singing Taylor Swift! π€β€οΈ Walked back to the hotel along the Freedom Trail 𧱠Day 4οΈβ£ Brunch near MIT at Cafe Luna π₯π³ Omelette was great β sweet options also good! A bit crowded β recommend sitting inside (bees outside π) MIT Museum was a highlight! π€π¬ Loved the AI section β spent 2 hours there MIT Bookstore was also cool β bought two books πβοΈ On the way out, saw people playing frisbee β decided to be social and asked to join π They said yes! Then a Princeton student joined too β so it became an impromptu MIT + Duke + Princeton frisbee match π₯ Such a fun and memorable travel moment! Evening dessert at famous Taiyaki π¦π Long line β waited 30 mins around 8 PM Matcha genma flavor was delicious β but melts fast! Thatβs a wrap on my 4-day Boston trip! An amazing mix of culture, history, food, and spontaneous fun π #Travel #BostonLife #MIT #DukeUniversity #StudyAbroad #USA
