πΊπΈ Chicago | A Restaurant So Good It Deserves Its Own Post!!
This restaurant has officially become my absolute favorite in Chicago! π They fly in the finest seafood directly from Spanish markets every week. βοΈπͺπΈ It's quite hard to get a reservation, and most diners are localsβI recommend booking weeks in advance! π Every single dish was incredibly delicious, and we left completely stuffed! π½οΈπ P2 The Scarlet Prawn head paste was INSANELY goodβall four of us unanimously agreed we needed to order more! π€―π¦ The grilled langoustine prawn was also incredibly fragrant and flavorful. P3 Bone marrow mashed potatoes and P4 Seafood paella with uni and crab meat had us in aweβeveryone kept marveling at how rare it is to find such quality in Chicago! ππ What's the most memorable dish you've ever had at a restaurant? Share your foodie moments below! π π Helpful tip: The entrance is a bit hiddenβmake sure you don't accidentally knock on the tall residential building next door! π’ We saw someone ring the wrong bell, and the homeowner famously responded, "You don't want to try MY cooking!" π π Asador Bastian 214 W Erie St, Chicago, IL 60654, United States Have you discovered any hidden gem restaurants lately?
