πΊπΈ Colorado | Aspen Restaurant Guide ποΈπ½οΈ
π Downtown Aspen We visited during the off-season, so many restaurants strictly followed their operating hours. π Most places were closed between 3-4 PM and didnβt reopen until 6-7 PM. We originally wanted to try a famous roast duck place π¦, but couldnβt get a reservation. So we decided to go somewhere available β and it turned out to be a great alternative! π MAWAβS KITCHEN A short drive from downtown Aspen, located in a community center-like area. π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦ We were the only table there at the time, so it felt very safe and relaxed. We ordered: Grilled Pork Ribs: Smoky, tender, and full of flavor! ππ Truffle Fries: Crispy and generously truffled β a must-try! πβ¨ Ramen: Rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles β super comforting! πβ€οΈ We got a bit too greedy and also tried the Roasted Chicken β it was just okay, nothing special. ππ For dessert, we had the Flourless Chocolate Cake β decent and rich, though not mind-blowing. π«π° A solid spot if youβre around Aspen and looking for a relaxed meal with some standout dishes! #AspenEats #ColoradoDining #AspenFood #TravelFoodie #OffSeasonEats #MawasKitchen ππ²
