🇺🇸 DC | Bodega | Spanish Paella Review
🇪🇸 Bodega Spanish Tapas & Lounge Located in Georgetown’s pedestrian street, this Spanish restaurant has a warm but crowded vibe with classic tapas-bar decor. 🏮 🦞 Paella Marinera con Bogavante The rice was moist and slightly soft, though underseasoned 🍅 — tasted a bit bland overall. Includes lobster, clams, squid, scallops, shrimp, and mussels. Better with a squeeze of lemon 🍋. 🥩 Bistek a la Plancha Ordered medium — fairly standard steak, nothing special. 🥩 🍤 Gambas al Ajillo Garlic shrimp were tender but too oily 🫒. Tasty when dipped with bread though! 🥖 Overall, pretty average — not as amazing as some hype online. Might be worth trying if you’re shopping nearby, but not a must-visit spot. 🤷♀️ 📍 3116 M St NW, Washington, DC 20007 #WashingtonDC #SpanishFood #StudyAbroad #DCeats #FoodReview
