🇺🇸 DC Dining | Kyojin Restaurant Review 🍣

It’s DC’s Summer Restaurant Week! 🎉 Tried Kyojin with friends — normally 150/person, but the special menu is just 65 for 5 courses! 🥟 Course 1: Choice of Wagyu Lobster Dumpling or Pepper Cram We tried both. The pepper cram stood out — dumplings were just okay. 6/10 🐟 Course 2: Bluefin Tuna Sashimi with yuzu sauce & wasabi Fresh and flavorful — sashimi lovers will enjoy! 9/10 🍣 Course 3: The Winner! 🌹 Signature dish with tuna shaped like a rose, topped with gold flakes, layered with eel, foie gras, and rice. The eel sauce ties it all together — each bite is a burst of rich, balanced flavors. 1000/10 😍 🍱 Course 4: Poke Bowl or Chirashi Bowl I chose the poke bowl — generous portion but got a bit monotonous. 7/10 🍨 Dessert: Honey Ginger Ice Cream Served with cream and crispy “nest” chips — refreshing and unique! 8/10 ✨ Great atmosphere, perfect for dates or group dinners. Will be back (hope Restaurant Week stays forever 🙏). #WashingtonDC #KyojinRestaurant #DCRestaurantWeek #SushiLovers #FineDiningDC
