Right in front lies a cute little sandy beach overlooking the peaceful waters of Newport Bay. 🏖️🌊 And that’s not all! On the other side of the beach, there’s a huge open grassy field—perfect for picnics, running around, or just lying back and watching the clouds. It’s a total kid-friendly paradise! 🌳🧺 But fair warning—the sand here isn’t the super soft, powder-like type. It’s mixed with small broken shells, so watch those tiny feet! 👣🐚 We recommend water shoes or sandals for safe and comfy play. Also, this place gets BUSY on weekends—like, really busy! 🚗💨 The parking lot was completely full when we went, so we ended up parking along the street. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely come early if you want a good spot! Overall, Marina Park is a awesome choice for families around Irvine.
