Sorry, but dumplings are still China’s domain! 🥟 🐖 Pork Belly with Ghomi The pork was flavorful, but the fat wasn’t tender enough. The honey underneath helped cut the grease a bit. 🍆 Eggplant Nigvzit The eggplant was bland, and the walnut sauce tasted slightly bitter… not my thing. 🥗 Watermelon Salad Watermelon with cheese?
