As a beginner skier in Aspen, you definitely need a rest day between all that skiing! 🎿💤 On my day off, I explored downtown Aspen and visited this popular French spot. 🍽️ Food: We started with the highly recommended escargots and beef tartare – both delicious! 🐌🥩 For the main course, I ordered the Truffle Gnocchi – loved the smoky bacon and chewy texture. Overall, the food was consistently good and fairly priced.
