The full name is Moobongri Soondae, with locations in Downtown LA, Irvine, and San Gabriel. The broth reminded me of lotus root pork rib soup (this Wuhan native felt right at home 😂). The potatoes were tender and flavorful. 2️⃣ Soondae Hotpot 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Their signature blood sausage is stuffed with pork blood and glass noodles—tastes a bit like shumai filling!
