🇺🇸 Highly Recommended Fusion Restaurant in DC 🇯🇵🇵🇪

Restaurant Name: China Chilcano 📍 418 7th St NW, Washington, DC 20004 The location is fantastic – within walking distance of JHU and less than 5 minutes from the metro station 🚇. We ordered three dishes from the Seafood & Meat section – the first three on the menu: shrimp 🦐, Peruvian Aji Amarillo Chicken, and Peruvian Stir-Fried Beef. All were absolutely amazing – highly recommended! 👍🏻 We also tried one of their classic ceviches (lemon-marinated fish) – perfect for sharing as an appetizer and incredibly fresh 😋.
